At American Council of Teachers Inc. we believe, we understand, and we uplift, expect, and respect! We our guided by our vision to build transformative partnerships within Special Education and beyond. Such partnerships will allow us to foster and promote healthy behavior and academic excellence.
American Council of Teachers Inc. sees the need to close the achievement gap and to disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline. We strive to empower our students to better understand the interaction between behavior and academic success. We believe that we can successfully empower our students, close the achievement gap, and disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline using the Academic, Behavior, and Consequence (ABC) model.
American Council of Teachers Inc, is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Therefore, it is through donations and sponsorships that we can afford to fund educational programs and curriculums, tutors, services, and all other operational needs! Our highlighted services include:
- Student Academic Assessments
- Saturday School
- After-School Academic Support
- Parent and Children Advocacy for Special Education
- Individual and Group Tutoring Sessions
- Educational Credits
- Equity Services for Significantly Disproportionate School Districts
